What are Summit Labs? Who will be participating?
The key elements of Park City Song Summit are Summit Labs - discussions that dissect, illuminate, and interrogate the art of music and songwriting. They create an environment of inclusivity that promotes discussion of mental health, substance recovery, representation, and social equity in addition to all things music. When and where does Song Summit take place?
Park City Song Summit 2025 will take place August 14-16, 2025. It takes place in Park City, Utah. Check out the Venues page for more info on events' locations.

EVENT
What is the weather in Park City in August?
Park City’s August weather typically ranges from 46°F to 80°F. Be sure to bring water as the altitude and heat can get intense.
We recommend to wear layers--it can get chilly in the evening!
Is Park City Song Summit all ages?
Concerts held at City Park are open to all ages.
Tickets are required for all guests age 5 and up at City Park (Live Shows) or Jim Santy Auditorium (Summit Labs). Tickets are available for purchase on our Ticket Website.
Late night shows at The Marquis on Main Street are 21+. All 21+ venues will require a valid photo ID for entry. Guests without ID will not be admitted, even with a ticket.

First and foremost—thank you! We feel incredibly lucky to bring Park City Song Summit to your neighborhood for the weekend, and we’re doing everything we can to be respectful guests.

Will there be security?
On-site security will be available to all artists and attendees. If any problems occur, please contact Park City Song Summit staff and security immediately.
Are the venues accessible (ADA)?
City Park, The Marquis, and Song Summit Labs at Jim Santy Auditorium are ADA accessible. For ticketed events, ADA attendees plus 1 companion will receive ADA wristbands at the Box Office for special access as needed (ticket purchase still required). There are marked ADA parking spots close to the entrance of City Park.
Where is the lost and found?
Lost and Found will be located at the Box Office in City Park.
Can I take photos at Park City Song Summit?
Yes! You are welcome to use your phone for personal photography. Professional photography and/or videography equipment may only be used with approved credentials. To request credentials, please contact us at info@parkcitysongsummit.com.

TICKETING
How do I get my tickets / passes?
Your official digital ticket(s) will be emailed and available in your Tixr account 2 weeks before the event.
Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for your ticket(s) and further instructions on how to join us at the event.
You may receive separate tickets with QR codes for different Park City Song Summit events.
Digital tickets can be printed or displayed on your phone.
Have your phone or printed ticket ready to be scanned when you arrive.
**Summit Pass holders will need to pick up their physical credential. Purchasers will need to present their QR code to receive their credential. This credential will grant you entry into Labs and Premier Viewing areas at City Park.**

Can I buy a ticket to 1 show?
Yes. Choose from a diverse range of single live shows at both City Park and at The Marquis on Historic Main Street. See the live shows offered on our Ticket Website.
What is the latest I can purchase a ticket?
Tickets are expected to sell out, so it’s best to purchase your ticket early as possible. If tickets are available, they will be purchasable on our Ticket Website.
Are tickets transferrable?
Yes, tickets are transferable. Instructions on how to transfer tickets can be found here.
Are refunds available?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Is Park City Song Summit all ages?
Events held at Canyons Village are open to all ages. Late night shows at venues on Main Street are 21+.
All 21+ venues will require an ID check for entry. Those without an ID will be turned away regardless of having a ticket.

Are there kids tickets?
Children 4 and under are free with a paying adult - up to 2 per ticket. Tickets are required for all guests ages 5 and up at City Park or Jim Santy Auditorium. Tickets are available for purchase on our Tickets Website.

How do I get to Park City Song Summit?
Park City makes it easy to get around and we encourage attendees to take advantage of the many transportation options to get to our festival. Hop on a free bus, grab a public bike, or share a ride!
Public transportation is reliable and convenient and in some cases FREE! There are plenty of ways to get around while reducing congestion and staying eco-friendly. If you are coming to Song Summit, take advantage of these transportation options:

Where can I park for the festival?
There is no public parking available onsite at City Park, in its immediate area or in the Minor's Hospital area.
Ride Share and Park City Song Summit Shuttles:
Attendees are strongly encouraged to take advantage of public transportation or ride share (Park City App / Uber / Lyft). The designated drop-off and pick-up zone will be located at the Mawhinney Parking lot (1220 Park Ave, Park City, UT 84060) for both Ride Share and Park City Song Summit Shuttles.
Designated parking areas for all events at Park City Song Summit can be found at the following locations:
- Richardson Flat*
- Deer Valley*
- Park City High School (Saturday, 8/16 only)
- China Bridge Garage
- Swede Alley Surface Lots: Galleria Lot , Brew Pub Lot, Bob Wells Lot at 5th Street
*Shuttles will be running to/from City Park to the first three parking options listed above. Shuttle Schedules will be posted 2 weeks prior to the event.
**Please note, there is no Park City Song Summit parking at the Park City Library except during the day for our Labs. Use one of the parking options listed above.
***Very Important: Please do not park on nearby residential streets. Security will strictly enforce Resident-Only Parking Zones, which require a valid residential permit for access.***
Where will ADA parking be located?
ADA-designated parking will be available at the Mawhinney Parking Lot located at 1220 Park Ave, Park City, UT 84060. These areas will be monitored by staff and Park City Police and are strictly reserved for vehicles displaying valid ADA placards or license plates. Golf Cart transportation to City Park will be available from there.
We also have a very limited number of onsite ADA parking spaces within the festival grounds at City Park. To ensure these are available for guests with significant mobility limitations who truly require close-proximity access, we ask that you contact us in advance if you believe you need to reserve one of these onsite spaces.

I am using rideshare (Uber/Lyft) to get to the festival, where do I get dropped off?
Designated drop-off and pick-up zones will be located at the Mawhinney Parking lot (1220 Park Ave, Park City, UT 84060).
Can I park in the neighborhood near City Park?
No. Please do not park on nearby residential streets. Security will strictly enforce Resident-Only Parking Zones, which require a valid residential permit for access.
CHAIR & BLANKET POLICY
To ensure everyone has a great experience and to maintain safety guidelines, personal chairs and blankets are allowed in designated areas only. Please note the following guidelines:
Chair & Blanket Zone
A clearly marked area toward the back of the General Admission lawn will be available for personal chairs. Guests are welcome to bring blankets no larger than 5 feet by 5 feet to ensure everyone has enough space and visibility. Tarps, plastic sheeting, or other ground coverings that can damage the grass or become slippery are not permitted. We reserve the right to limit the number and size of blankets used by groups or individuals.
Low-Profile Only
Camp/beach-style chairs are allowed; no tall lawn chairs. Chairs must be low-back and no taller than 32 inches when unfolded and a maximum of 12 inches from the ground to the front of the seat bottom.
No Chairs in Walkways or Near Stage
For safety and sight lines, chairs are not permitted in main walkways, near the stage, or in standing/dancing zones.
Early Setup Not Permitted
Please do not arrive early to “reserve” space with chairs or blankets. All items must be attended at all times.
VIP Areas
Chairs will not be allowed in VIP access areas, such as the viewing space or the VIP Lounge. Seating will be offered in the VIP Lounge.
BAG POLICY
To ensure a safe and speedy entry for all guests, all bags will be searched prior to entry.
Permitted Bags
Bags and fanny packs:
- Size: 21” x 12” or smaller
- Do not need to be clear
- Must have no more than two pockets
Hydration packs:
- Do not need to be clear
- Must be empty upon arrival
- Must have no more than two compartments: one for the water reservoir and one additional pocket
Prohibited Bags
- Oversized bags
- Bags with excessive compartments or hidden pockets
Guests who do not comply with the bag policy will not be permitted entry until their items are returned to their vehicle or secured off-site.

FOOD & BEVERAGES
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, outside food and beverages are not permitted, including alcohol.
Hydration Vessel Policy
Empty reusable water bottles (plastic or aluminum) are welcome.
Factory-sealed water bottles are allowed.
Hydration packs are permitted, but must:
- Be empty upon entry
- Have no more than two pockets in addition to the reservoir pocket
- Do not need to be clear
Complimentary refillable water stations will be available inside the venue.
Coolers are not allowed.
What food, water, and beverages are available?

Will there be vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options?
Venues will offer options to meet vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dietary requirements.

ALLOWED & PROHIBITED ITEMS
Please note:Ticketed Guests and their belongings will be subject to search upon entry or re-entry.
Allowed Items
- Empty, reusable water bottles and hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles
- Cameras (basic point and shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed)
- Baby Strollers, including stroller wagons designed to transport children with children present.
- Camp/beach-style chairs are allowed; no tall lawn chairs. Chairs must be low-back and no taller than 32 inches when unfolded and a maximum of 12 inches from the ground to the front of the seat bottom. Chairs and blankets must be in designated zones only. (See Full Chair Policy Above)
- Frisbees
- Binoculars
- Portable battery packs
- Personal misting fans with a bottle no larger than 1.5 L (must be empty upon entry)
- Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less
- Personal-sized hand sanitizer
- Factory sealed Naloxone/Narcan kit
- Hydration/Electrolyte packets in factory sealed single serving package(s)
Prohibited Items
- Any bags that are NOT CLEAR bags, and are larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Any Small clutch purses and fanny packs with more than 1 pocket. Clutch purses that are larger than 6" x 9" (See Full Bag Policy Above)
- Framed backpacks, multiple pocket back packs and any pack that is not aligned with the allowed backpacks above. (See Full Bag Policy Above)
- Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind
- Glass containers of any kind
- Coolers of any kind. (Exceptions may be made for medical use)
- Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products. NOTE: Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less
- Any and all professional audio recording equipment
- Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment.
- Any and all professional video equipment. No video recording will be allowed
- Drones or any other remote flying device
- Hammocks
- Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
- Umbrellas
- Pets (except service animals)
- Selfie sticks
- Skateboards, scooters, carts or any personal motorized vehicles
- Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
- Weapons or explosives of any kind
- Fireworks
- Large chains or spiked jewelry
- Bicycles inside festival grounds (free parking is available near festival entrance)
- Carts of any kind (including Red Wagons)
- Smoking or Vaping of ANY kind is prohibited in City Park
- Chairs of any kind or inflatables of any kind will NOT be allowed
- Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials, including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.
