How do I get my tickets / passes?

Receive Your Tickets:

  • Your digital tickets have been sent to you via email.
  • Or you can log into your Tixr account to access your tickets.
  • Digital tickets can be printed out or shown on a phone at the event.
  • Keep in mind, you will receive separate tickets with QR codes for different events within Park City Song Summit.

Standalone Event Tickets:

  • For Amphitheater shows, you need your QR code(s) to gain entry to those event(s).
  • For Thursday Night or Cabin shows, your QR code(s) will gain you entry to those event(s).
  • Please have your phone or printed ticket ready for scanning upon arrival.

Summit Pass Holders:

  • Summit Pass purchasers must show their QR code and ID at the Box Office to redeem for a physical credential that will grant you entry into our labs and Premier Viewing areas at the amphitheater.
  • That same QR code is your ticket into the Amphitheater venue each evening.
  • A separate QR code will be sent for The Forum Tent Thursday Night and The Cabin Friday Night.

Can I bring blankets and chairs to the venue?
  • Chairs, including (but not limited to) outside, lawn, and folding chairs are only allowed in the Amphitheater Lawn GA section. Chairs must be 12” max from the ground to the front of seat bottom and 31.5” max to top of chair back in the highest position.
  • Outside chairs are not allowed in the Amphitheater Premier section, at Summit Labs, or at Main Street venues.
  • A limited number of chairs will be provided in the Amphitheater Premier section. We recommend arriving early, as these chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Blankets or towels are only allowed in the Amphitheater Lawn GA section. They are not allowed in the Amphitheater Premier section, Summit Labs, or at Main Street Venues. We reserve the right to limit the number and size of blankets used by groups or individuals.

What is the Food & Drinks Policy?
  • Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages  can be brought in.
  • No coolers and no outside alcohol allowed.
  • There will be food trucks just outside the amphitheater. Food purchased at food trucks is considered okay to bring into venue.

  • We invite you to bring empty, reusable plastic or aluminum water bottles. Factory sealed water bottles are allowed. Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid at the time you enter the venue and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.
  • Complementary refillable water stations will be available inside the venue.

What is the Bag Policy?
  • ALL bags will be searched before entry.
  • All other bags larger than 6" x 9" must be smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" and clear and made from plastic, vinyl, or pvc. 
  • Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6" x 9" or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket.
  • Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid at the time you enter the venue and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.

What items are allowed and prohibited?

Ticketed Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry. Please leave large bags at home in order to keep the entry lines moving quickly.  

The following items are ALLOWED:

  • Baby Strollers
  • Binoculars
  • Cameras (basic point-and-shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed)
  • Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less
  • Personal-sized hand sanitizer
  • Factory-sealed Naloxone/Narcan kit
  • Empty, reusable plastic or aluminum water bottles. Factory-sealed water bottles are allowed. Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid at the time you enter the venue and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir. Complementary water will be provided inside the venue at provided water stations. 
  • Chairs, including (but not limited to) outside, lawn, and folding chairs are only allowed in the Amphitheater Lawn GA section. The following items are PROHIBITED:

  • Coolers or ice chests of any kind. (Exceptions may be made for medical use)
  • No outside food, drinks, or alcohol can be brought in. 
  • Any and all professional audio recording equipment
  • Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment.
  • Framed backpacks, multiple pocket backpacks and any pack that is not aligned with the allowed backpacks above. (See Full Bag Policy Below)
  • Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products. NOTE: Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less
  • Any and all professional video equipment. No video recording will be allowed
  • Drones or any other remote flying device
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
  • Umbrellas
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Selfie sticks
  • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles
  • Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
  • Weapons or explosives of any kind
  • Fireworks or sparklers
  • Large chains or spiked jewelry
  • Smoking or Vaping of ANY kind is prohibited
  • Hammocks
  • Inflatable couches (wind couches) will NOT be allowed
  • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.

What is the weather in Park City in August?

Park City’s August weather typically ranges from 46°F to 80°F. Be sure to bring water as the altitude and heat can get intense.

We recommend to wear layers as it can get chilly in the evening!


Will there be vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options?

Yes. Venues will offer options to meet these dietary requirements.

Will there be security?

On-site security will be available to all artists and attendees. If any problems occur, please contact Park City Song Summit staff and security immediately.


Where is the lost and found?

Lost and Found will be located at the Park City Song Summit Headquarters at Pendry in Canyons Villiage.


Are the venues accessible (ADA)?

Canyons Amphitheater, Song Summit Village, the Forum Tent, Pendry Park City, The Cabin, and Summit Labs are ADA accessible. For ticketed events, ADA attendees plus 1 companion will receive ADA wristbands at the Box Office for special access as needed (ticket purchase still required).

CABRIOLET LOT: There are marked ADA parking spots close to the load in area. The Cabriolet lift accommodates handicap needs.

PENDRY AREA: There are a handful of ADA parking spots located between the Pendry and Lift Hotel in the Pendry valet area.


Can I take photos at Park City Song Summit?

Yes! You are welcome to use your phone for personal photography. Professional photography and/or videography equipment may only be used with approved credentials. To request credentials, please contact us at info@parkcitysongsummit.com.


Is Park City Song Summit all ages?

Events held at Canyons Village are open to all ages. Late night shows at venues on Main Street are 21+.

All 21+ venues will require an ID check for entry. Those without an ID will be turned away regardless of having a ticket.

Are there kids tickets?

Children 9 and under are free with a paying adult - up to 2 per ticket. This is for lawn tickets only. A ticket is still required for kids. You can add this on at time or purchase or if you have already purchased a ticket, reach out to ticketing@parkcitysongsummit.com with your order number and email you used to place your order with and kid tickets can be added.

What are the Thursday Kickoff Event details?

CURRENTLY SOLD OUT.

The Kickoff Event is the official start to Song Summit, starring the legendary Mavis Staples, followed by Cimafunk for a groundbreaking late-night performance. Start the night in the Song Summit Village with our favorite vendors popping up around and music provided on the Forum Stage presented by Mountain Town Music.

  • Song Summit Village opens at 5:00pm
  • Forum Tent doors open at 6:00pm
  • Performance is at 7:00pm

  • Mountain Chic. This is elevated mountain wear with style. Think boots and jeans or western-inspired dresses, but with an elevated feel. Accessories are the key here – top off your look with your favorite hat, bolo tie, bandana, or statement jewelry.

What are Summit Labs? Who will be participating?

The key element of Park City Song Summit are Summit Labs, presented by Song Summit Foundation — discussions that dissect, illuminate, and interrogate the art of music and songwriting. They create an environment of inclusivity that promotes discussion of mental health, substance recovery, representation, and social equity in addition to all things music. A diverse group of artists will lead talks on their own while others will work with subject experts.

Can I buy a ticket to 1 show?

Yes. Choose from a diverse range of single live shows at both the Canyons Village Amphitheater and on charming Historic Main Street. See the live shows offered on the Tickets Page.


What is the latest I can purchase a ticket?

Tickets are expected to sell out, so it’s best to purchase your ticket early as possible. If tickets are available, they will be purchasable on our Tickets Page.


Are tickets transferrable?

Yes, tickets are transferable.


Are refunds available?

Tickets are non-refundable.
